Research on Rooting of Hardwood Cuttings of Syriga microphylla Diels

[目的]找出小叶丁香硬枝扦插快速生根的最佳方案。[方法]研究不同基质配比及生根剂浓度对小叶丁香硬枝扦插快速生根的影响。[结果]未经生长素处理的插穗以不同方式扦插在不同基质上生根情况差别不明显,经过生长素处理的插穗以不同方式扦插不同扦插基质上生根情况有很大差别。[结论]进行全插的插穗以120 mg/LNAA溶液处理过并扦插在纯河沙中的生根情况最好;进行半插的插穗以110 mg/LIBA溶液处理过并扦插在土+河沙+蛭石中的生根情况最好。

[Objective] The research aimed to find out the best method of rapid rooting of the hard branches of Syriga microphylla Diels.[Method] The effects of matrix ratio and the concentration of rooting agent on the rooting of hard branches of Syriga microphylla Diel were studied.[Result] There was no significant difference in rooting conditions without auxin treatment of cuttings in different ways on different substrates.And rooting conditions were different after auxin treatment of cuttings in different ways on different cutting medium.[Conclusion] The rooting conditions of the cuttings treated to 120 mg/L NAA solution,and cutting roots in the pure river sand were the best.And the rooting condition of the cuttings to the semi-processed 110 mg/L IBA solution and cutting in the soil ＋ river sand ＋ vermiculite rooting of the situation were the best.
