摘要
[目的]研究枸杞花花色素提取工艺。[方法]采用单因素试验及正交试验考察了提取时间、提取剂浓度、料液比及提取次数对枸杞花花色素提取的影响。[结果]各因素对提取效果的影响由强到弱依次为提取时间、提取剂浓度、料液比,较适宜的提取条件为:以0.25 mol/L的盐酸作提取剂,料液比为1∶40,提取时间为70 min。[结论]该研究为枸杞花花色素的深入研究和开发提供了理论依据。
[Objective] The aim was to study the extraction technology of pigment from flowers of wolfberry.[Method] The effects of time,HCl concentration,solid-liquid ratio and extraction times on extraction of pigment from flowers of wolfberry were studied by single factor and orthogonal test.[Result]The influence of each factor on extraction effect decreased in the following successive order: time,HCl concentration and solid-liquid ratio,and the optimum conditions of time,HCl concentration,and solid-liquid ratio for extraction were 70 min,0.25 mol/L,1∶40 respectively.[Conclusion] The study provided theoretical basis for the study and development of pigment extraction from flowers of wolfberry.
