摘要
应用透射电镜对鸡纹状体5个区的结构和突触类型进行了研究。结果表明,鸡纹状体5个区的神经元形态相似,具有丰富的细胞器。纹状体5个区内有轴-树、轴-轴和树-树突触,其中以轴-树突触最为常见。突触小泡有圆形清亮小泡,扁平小泡和圆形颗粒小泡3种类型。 此外还发现有轴-轴-树(旧纹状体,新纹状体和外纹状体)串联突触、树-轴-树(旧纹状体和新纹状体)、轴-树-轴-树(旧纹状体)、轴-树-轴(旧纹状体和外纹状体)并联突触和轴-体突触(旧纹状体)。
The striatum (five parts) of chicken were studied with transmission electron microscope. The results showed that three kinds of synapses were found in the striatum. There are clear spherical synaptic vesicles, flattened synaptic vesicles and granulated vesicles. In addition, axo-axo-dendritic contacted synapses (paleostriatum, neostriatum and ectostria-tum) , dendro-axo-dendro) (paleostriatum and neostriatum) , axo-dendro-axo-dendro (paleostriatum) , axo-dendro-axo (paleostriatum and ectostria-tum) parallel synapses and axo-somatic synapses (paleostriatum) were found as well.
