摘要
[目的]用高效液相色谱法测定山楂叶中绿原酸的含量。[方法]色谱柱为C18柱(250.0 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-乙腈(V∶V∶V=51∶11∶8),检测波长为327 nm;流速为1.0 ml/min;进样量为10μl。[结果]绿原酸在0.15~0.75 mg/ml范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为98.89%。[结论]该法稳定、可靠,可用于山楂叶的质量控制。
[Objective] To determine the content of chlorogenic acid in Crataegus pinnatifida Bge var major N.E.Br leaves by HPLC.[Method] The HPLC conditions were as follows: column of C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),mobile phase of methanol-water-acetonitrile(V∶V∶V=51∶11∶8),flow rate of 1 ml/min,sampling amount of 10 μl and detection wavelength of 327 nm.[Result] In the range of 0.15-0.75 mg/ml,standard chlorogenic acid presented a good relationship,and the recovery rate was 98.89%.[Conclusion] The method established in this study was stable and reliable,and was suitable for the quality control of Crataegus pinnatifida Bge var major N.E.Br leaves.
