摘要
[目的]研究八角茴香(Illicillm verum Hook.f.)精油及其主成分对棉花枯萎病菌的抑制作用。[方法]采用水蒸汽蒸馏法制备八角茴香精油,气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)法分析精油化学成分,柱层析法分离纯化单体成分,生长速率法测定八角茴香精油及其主成分对棉花枯萎病菌的菌丝生长抑制率。[结果]GC-MS分析结果表明,八角茴香精油的主要化学成分为反式茴香醚,其含量高达94.57%;八角茴香精油及反式茴香醚对棉花枯萎病菌的菌丝生长有明显抑制作用,抑制中浓度(IC50)为0.50~1.00μl/m。l[结论]该研究结果为新型植物源抗真菌类物质——丙烯基苯类衍生物的开发和利用奠定了理论基础。
[Objective] To study the antifungal activity of essential oil from Illicillm verum Hook.f.and its principal component against Fusarium oxysporum.[Methods] Essential oil was obtained by water vapor distillation and analyzed by GC-MS,the main component of the oil was isolated and purified via silica gel chromatography;the antifungal activities were tested by the method of mycelia growth rate.[Results] The results of GC-MS showed that the major component of the essential oil of Illicillm verum was trans-anethole with content over 94.57%.Obvious inhibiting effect of essential oil and trans-anethole against Fusarium oxysporum was observed.The IC50 of essential oil of Illicillm verum and trans-anethole was 0.5-1.0 μl/ml.[Conclusion] These primary research results might provide the theoretic basis for the development of new botanical fungicide-derivatives of propenylbenzene.
