河流水环境容量计算中设计流量的合理性探讨

介绍了现行水环境容量计算的设计流量条件,分析了浙江省典型河流径流特性,以浙江省山溪性河流和平原河网为例,采用水质模型对水质现状和各种治污措施进行了测算,并对现行的水环境容量计算和污染控制方案提出了建议。

The condition and terms of current calculations about the capacity of water environments were introduced,the features of typical river surface flow in Zhejiang Province were analyzed.Taking the small stream river of mountain and the network waterways of plain as examples,applying the water quality model the measurement of controlling pollution to the current situation of water quality and varied situation were measured.The reasonable suggestions about the current water environment capacity calculation and pollution control were put forward.
