摘要
[目的]调查衡水湖沉水植物的分布情况及对水环境质量的影响。[方法]2007~2008年早春及不同季节多次进行调查,统计生物量较大的沉水植物。采集生物量较大的沉水植物,置于HPG-400光照培养箱,在不同温度条件下培养后,用水杨酸法测定培养液中NO-3-N含量,用DDSJ-308A型电导仪直接测定培养液的电导率。[结果]衡水湖目前分布量最大且面积最广的沉水植物主要有菹草(Potamagoton crispus)、轮叶狐尾藻(Myriophyllum verticillatum)和灯笼草(Clerodendrum fortunatum)。在相同温度条件下,培养液中NO-3-N含量:灯笼草〉菹草〉轮叶狐尾藻,电导率:灯笼草〉轮叶狐尾藻〉菹草。[结论]结合实地调查推测,灯笼草是造成衡水湖近几年7、8月在鸟区等游览区出现臭味,鱼苗死亡的原因。
[Objective] The research aimed to investigate the distribution of submerged plants in Hengshui Lake,and effects on water quality.[Method] More times investigation were carried out in early Spring and different seasons to find out the submerged plants with higher biomass,then collected and cultured them under different temperature in HPG-400 light invubator.Finally,the salicylic acid method was used to measur the nitrate nitrogen content,and the DDSJ-308A conductivity meter was used to conductivity.[Result] There are three species submerged macrophytes,Clerodendrum fortunatum,Potamogeton crispus and Myriophyllum verticillatum,which are distributed the most widely currently in Hengshui Lake through a series of survey.Under the same temperature,the nitrate nitrogen content in culture solution is: Clerodendrum fortunatum Potamogeton crispus Myriophyllum verticillatum,and the conductivity is:Clerodendrum fortunatum Myriophyllum verticillatum Potamogeton crispus.[Conclusion] It is supposed that he Clerodendrum fortunatum is the reason that producing bad smell and making fish dead in July and August of each year in Bird area of Hengshui Lake,according to the investigation in field.
