Economic Analysis on the Sustainable Development of Hangzhou Bay Wetland

基于外部性理论的角度,在实地及文献调研杭州湾湿地开发利用状况基础上,探讨了杭州湾湿地开发利用所产生的外部不经济性。并针对现有外部不经济性,提出有利于杭州湾湿地可持续开发的对策与建议,以期为其开发提供一定的现实依据。

From the point of view of economic externalities,the paper based on research development and utilization status of Hangzhou Bay wetlands to explore the diseconomic externalities generated by the wetlands of Hangzhou Bay＇s development.the response to these diseconomic externalities,the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions in order to overcome the external diseconomies resulting from the development of wetlands,the paper provides a realistic basis with a view to development of the Hangzhou Bay wetlands.
