新农村建设过程中村干部选用公信度的探讨

Discussion on the Pubic Trust of Village Cadres Election in the Course of New Rural Construction

针对我国目前村干部选用中存在的公信度不高的问题,从贿选、宗族问题、乡镇政府干预和群众"政治冷漠"等方面分析了原因,并根据这些问题提出了相应的解决措施,以提高村干部选用的公信度,加快新农村建设步伐。

In our country,aiming at a problem of the low public trust in village cadres election,the reasons were analyzed from bribery,clan problem,township government intervention and the masses of ＂political apathy＂.Some suggestions were given based on these problems,so as to promote the pubic trust of village cadres election and speed up the pace of new rural construction.
