不同墙体材料烤房对烤烟生产的影响

Effect of the Different Materials of Curing Barn on Flue-cured Tobacco Leaf

[目的]研究新型墙体材料性能,为烤房墙体材料选择提供依据。[方法]对砖体材料、新型秸秆材料和彩钢板材料进行了对比试验。[结果]秸秆墙体材料和彩钢板墙体材料在建造成本、建造用工、烘烤节煤等方面优于砖体材料;不同墙体材料对烘烤鲜干比、初烤叶中苯含量影响不显著;初烤叶中甲醛和氟含量与板材之间有一定的相关性,但未达显著水平,不同墙体烤房初烤叶中均未检出甲苯、联苯、苯甲醛。[结论]秸秆材料和彩钢板材料的基本性能能够满足烟叶烘烤需要,可作为烤房建设墙体备选材料。但初烤烟叶中甲醛和氟含量与板材之间有一定的相关性,应进行进一步验证。

[Objective] The basis of new type of the material of flue-curing barn＇ wall was provided through the research on its function.[Method] The comparative experiment in the brick,new type of stalk and color plate material were done.[Results] The results showed that new type of stalk material and the color plate material in the cost,labor-consuming and coal-saving were better than the brick material.There were not were significant difference in relation among the ratio of the fresh to dried weight or the content of the benzene in the tobacco leaf pre-cured and three materials,respectively.There were the certain relationship between the content of formaldehyde or the content of fluorin and there materials,which did not reach the significant level.The component of formaldehyde,biphenyl and benzaldehyde in the pre-cured tobacco leaf was not measured.[Conclusion] The basic performance of new type of stalk and color plate material was basically matched with the demand of the tobacco leaf-curing,which could be used as the material of the flue-curing barns＇ wall.However,there were the certain relationship between the content of formaldehyde or the content of fluorin and the materials in the pre-cured tobacco leaf,which needed being further verified.
