摘要 设计3 MN液压剪液压系统。根据剪切工艺拟定液压系统的原理图,采用二通插装阀控制回路,并利用差动回路和顺序阀来实现剪切速度的转换。对泵站进行设计计算,并验算系统的发热。使用三维设计软件Inventor设计集成块。 The hydraulic system of 3 MN hydraulic shear was designed.The schematic diagram of hydraulic system was drawn according to the cutting process.Two-way cartridge valves was used to control the system.The differential loop and sequence valve were used to realize the cutting speed switching.The pump station was designed and calculated.The heating of the hydraulic system was checked.The manifold block was designed using Inventor.
