摘要
应用弱磁检测技术,对去应力退火前后焊接试样的磁场强度进行检测和分析。结果表明:在法向磁场强度过零点处切向磁场强度最大;焊接试样去应力退火后,应力集中程度显著降低。提出采用残余磁场强度标准差变化比来评价热处理质量。
Detection and analysis of magnetic field intensity was done with weak magnetic testing technology for the welded specimen before and after stress relief annealing.The results show that the tangential magnetic field intensity is maximum at the zero-crossing of normal magnetic field intensity.Stress concentration degree of welded specimen decreased significantly after stress relief annea-ling.Based on these works,the parameter of standard deviation variation ratio of residual magnetic field intensity was presented to evaluate heat treatment quality.
