摘要
针对合金钢MAT125,采用多因素正交试验方法进行数控加工铣削噪声实验,并用逐步回归分析方法建立铣削噪声模型。对实验数据进行极差和方差分析,得出各因素对切削噪声的贡献大小依次为轴向切深、进给量、径向切深、主轴转速,显著性大小依次为轴向切深、进给量、径向切深,为数控加工切削参数的合理选择提供依据。
Multi-factor orthogonal test method was used to make CNC milling noise experiments and stepwise regression analysis method was used to establish milling noise model aimed at MAT125 alloy. The experimental data was made range and variance analysis and the contribution of various factors decreased sequentially as the following order: axial feeding deep,feeding,radial feeding deep,spindle speed. Significant size decreased sequentially as the following order: axial feeding deep,feeding and radial feeding deep. It provides reference for reasonable selection of CNC cutting parameters.
