摘要
以三极外啮合新型余弦齿轮复合泵为例,介绍它的工作原理,重点分析它的流量脉动特性与中心轮齿数的关系。研究结果表明:当中心轮齿数z1=3k±1时,新型复合齿轮泵的输出流量脉动率显著减少,流量品质得到明显的改善。
Taking three-pole outer-engaged cosine gear compound pump as an example, its working principle was introduced. The relations between its flow pulsation characteristic and the number of center gear teeth were analyzed. The research results show that: when the number of center gear teeth is 3k±1, the output flow pulsation rate of the new compound gear pump is significantly reduced, flow quality is improved.
