摘要
自动垂直钻井工具可实现井下主动纠斜,保持井壁垂直。为了保证纠斜成功,要求液压导向机构的纠斜油缸所产生的导向力在井下恶劣工况下能可靠工作。在建立液压系统数学模型的基础上,采用Matlab/Simulink仿真软件建立液压导向系统的仿真模型并仿真研究系统压力的动态响应特性。结果表明该系统能够提供稳定的导向力,可满足纠斜要求。并通过实验验证系统仿真的正确性。
Automatic vertical drilling tool can correct well deviation automatically and maintain a vertical well.In order to ensure the success of well deviation correction,the steering force generated by the steering cylinder is requested to be reliable in bad work conditions.Based on the mathematical model of hydraulic system,Matlab/Simulink was used to simulate the hydraulic system and the pressure response characteristics of the system were studied.The results show that the system can provide a stable steering force to meet the well deviation correcting requirements.The experimental study on the hydraulic steering system shows the validity of the system simulation.
