摘要
介绍某型轧机的层流冷却系统组成及其数学模型,应用泰勒公式建立了新的线性统计卷取温度模型,分别建立它的反馈模型和自学习模型。并将模型计算结果与现场实测数据进行比较,结果表明此模型精度可以满足现场要求。
The structure of laminar cooling system and its mathematic model of some rolling mill were introduced.A new linear coiling temperature control model was built based on Taylor formula.Its feedback model and self-learning model were bulit.The comparison between the model calculation results and the test results shows that the precision of the model meet the requirement of local.
