摘要
振动时效时间的选择是振动时效技术的重点和难点之一。对振动时效时间进行优化,建立振动时效费用与时间的数学模型;借用模拟实验所获取得的相关数据,利用OriginPro软件的绘图和数据分析及函数拟合功能,建立振动时效效果与时间的数学模型;综合考虑振动时效效果、经济性与时间的关系,建立最优时间的求解模型,并对最佳振动时间进行求解。
It is one of the important but difficult points to determine the time of vibratory stress relief(VSR).When optimizing the time of VSR,the mathematical model of the cost and the time was built;with the simulative experimental data available and with the strong mapping,data analysis and function fitting functions of OriginPro software,the mathematical model of the effect and the time was established;considering the effect,the cost and the time,the optimal time model was built,and the solution of best time for the model was gave.
