摘要 介绍HD4070PR自动变速器主调压阀的工作原理和性能,对其进行静态分析,并建立AMESim模型,研究温度、弹簧刚度、预紧力、运动件质量、阀芯直径、遮盖量对该阀的输出油压的影响。运用AMESim软件对结构参数进行优化,对自动变速器液压阀体的设计具有指导意义。 The working principle and performance of the main pressure regulator valve of HD4070PR automatic transmission were introduced. A static analysis was made and the AMESim simulation model was built. The effects of such parameters as temperature, the stiffness and preload of spring, the mass, diameter and overlap of the spool on the output pressure were also analyzed. It provides reference for the designing of the hydraulic valve of automatic transmission optimizing structure parameters with AMESim.
