摘要
针对某型飞机排油排气活门的可靠性增长试验,提出采用Duane模型进行可靠性跟踪与控制的试验方法,设计加工一套可分别对内部大、小活门进行模拟重复试验并测试相关性能参数的试验台。调试结果显示:经过多次重复试验,活门开、闭压力呈下降趋势,并随之低于规定值而失效,说明该试验方法可有效激发活门故障,找出可靠性薄弱环节。该方法对相关活门的可靠性增长试验具有参考价值。
A test method was put forward on reliability growth test for a certain type of exhaust valve which adopted Duane model to track and control reliability.A test-bed which could be used to take simulative repeated experiments for the big and small valves inside as well as to test performance parameters was designed and manufactured.The debugging results show that the open and close pressures of the valves present downtrend by many times of fatigue experiments, and the valve failures emerge.It demonstrates this method can bring failure to the valve and help to find the weakness effectively.This method can be applied in wider field for the reliability growth test of relevant valves.
