制度视角下的科技道德建设研究

On Scientific and Technologic Moral Construction from Institutional Perspective

在风险社会中,造成科技道德失范的情况不应完全归咎于科技主体,制度性因素是造成科技道德失范的重要原因,因而从制度的视角加强科技道德建设是解决科技道德失范的一条重要途径。论述了风险社会背景下制度对科技道德建设的价值,阐述了科技时代科技道德失范的制度性原因,认为在科技道德建设中应体现时代性和历史性,注重其合道德性建设,并平衡制度中的利益关系。

In a risk society science and technology should not be criticized for the anomie of scientific and technologic morality, whereas institution is the main reason for such anomie. Therefore, it is an important way to deal with moral issues from institutional perspective and to reinforce scientific and technologic ethics. The paper discusses the value of institution for the sci-tech ethics construction under the risky social background, analyzes the institutional reason for the sci-tech moral anomie and then promotes the modern and historic spirit in the ethics construction with consideration of the balance of the institutional benefits.
