扩大普通高校招生自主权与考生选择权的探讨

On Admission Autonomy Expansion of Regular Universities and Colleges and Candidates' Option

高校数量的增加、教育结构的多样化、招生规模和普通高校招生自主权的扩大,为广大人民群众接受高等教育提供了更多的机会和选择的余地。但现行高考录取管理办法不利于扩大高校招生自主权和考生选择权,有必要对高校现行招生录取办法进行改革,以便更加科学地选拔人才。

The increase in student number in universities and colleges, the diversity of educational structure, the expansion of admission amount and admission autonomy provide more opportunities and option for the ordinary people to obtain higher education. But the current admission management often goes against the admission autonomy expanding and candidates＇ option, and therefore, it needs to be reformed and made more scientific in candidate selection.
