摘要
叶片水力模型提供的叶片表面型值点柱坐标不能直接用于UG NX三维造型。在叶片水力模型的基础上,给出计算叶片表面型值点直角坐标的算法流程,介绍沿轴面截线方向进行叶片三维造型的方法,简述基于UG NX平台的叶片三维造型二次开发的步骤,定义程序开发的数据结构,在支撑软件UG NX中程序化实现叶片的三维实体造型。实际使用结果表明该方法可以缩短叶片类产品的设计周期,提高设计精度。
The hydraulic model of vane presents the cylindrical coordinates of the surface data points which can not be directly used for 3D solid modeling in UG NX. Based on the hydraulic model, the algorithm procedures which were used to automatically calculate the Cartesian coordinates of those data points were presented. A new method along the transversal section in axial to accomplish the 3D solid modeling and the steps of UG NX secondary development were introduced. The data structure was defined. The 3D solid modeling was accomplished by program. The practical results indicate that the method can shorten the cycle of vanes designing and advance the designing precision.
