摘要 轴承是大型机械设备的重要摩擦副部件,需要采取有效手段对其运行状态进行监测。通过对轴承失效原因的统计分析,指出目前用于轴承状态监测的油液分析和振动分析方法的不足。根据国外学者提出的油压测绘原理,提出一种新的轴承状态监测方法——油压曲线监测,通过对设备润滑油油压与油泵转速关系曲线的定期监测来发现轴承存在的异常磨损。该方法可用于对大型柴油机、透平机和压缩机的状态监测,弥补了油液分析和振动分析的不足。 Bearings are important friction pairs in large machines and its running condition need to be monitored with effective ways. The deficiencies of oil and vibration analysis in bearing condition monitoring were analyzed via the statistical analysis of common causes of bearing faults. Based on the oil pressure mapping method proposed by Gary Blevins, oil pressure curve monitoring which monitoring the relation curve between oil pressure and pump speed to detect abnormal wear of bearing was put forward as a new way of bearing condition monitoring and it can be applied in condition monitoring of diesel engines, turbines and compressors to make up the deficiencies of oil analysis and vibration analysis.
