摘要
光纤Bragg光栅是一种性能优良的敏感元件,利用其研制出了基于碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)封装的用于测量混凝土内部应变的FBG应变传感器。同时分析了传感器轴向应变分布与结构参数的关系。通过等强度梁上的校准试验,得到了传感器的静态性能指标;通过霍普金森压杆上的冲击试验研究了传感器的动态响应特性,试验表明:FBG应变传感的器线性度≤1%,埋入混凝土结构内的光纤光栅传感器能够真实的响应混凝土内的应变值,因此传感器可用于实际工程中混凝土结构内静态和动态应变的测试。
The fiber Bragg gratting(FBG) is an excellent sensing element,a FBG strain sensors packaged by the carbon fibre reinforced polymer was developed which can be used to measure strain in the concrete.And the relationship between the distribution of axial strain and structure parameters was analyzed.The static index was obtained through the calibration testing on the uniform strength beam;and the dynamic response of FBG was researched by shock test in split Hopkinson pressure bar(SHPB) and the results indicate that the linearity of FBG strain sensor is ≤ 1%,the strain values are truly responsed by FBG sensor embedded in concrete.So FBG strain sensors can be used to measure static and dynamic strain in the concrete structures.
