摘要
针对工业现场中对各种变量越来越高的要求,提出一种模块化嵌入式工业控制器的设计方法。主控制器采用ARM9为控制核心和嵌入式Linux操作系统,采集、控制部分均采用模块化设计的调理、整流控制电路,软件设计采用Qt/E开发具有组态功能的人机交互控制系统,能够方便的对多种信号进行处理、运算并且具有较高的精度和速度。重点介绍了主控制器软件组态控制功能的设计以及使用跨平台开发工具Qt/E的开发过程。
Aimed at the increasing demands of variables in the industrial field.This paper proposed a modular design method of industrial controller.The main controller adopted ARM9 as the control core and embedded Linux operating system.Both the acquisition and control part were modular design of the conditioner,rectifier control circuit.Software designed HMI system with configuration control function.The controller is capable of processing and computing varieties of signals with high accuracy and speed.This paper focused on design of the main controller software and the development process by use Qt/E,a cross-platform development tools.
