摘要
文中开发了一个基于虚拟仪器的温度测量系统。以DS18B20单线数字温度传感器为基础,以AT89C2051单片机为核心构建了下位机温度采集模块;以LabVIEW为开发平台,设计了上位机控制软件;上位机通过USB接口与下位机通信;实现了对温度的采集、分析、显示以及存储等功能。实践表明:该系统使用方便,成本低,精度高,抗干扰能力强,可应用于许多温度检测领域。
A temperature measurement system which based on virtual instrument was designed.The temperature measurement module of lower computer was built up taking the 1-wire digital sensor DS18B20 as the foundation,the AT89C2051 MCU as the main component.The upper computer software was designed using LabVIEW.The functions such as temperature collection,analysis,display and storage capabilities were realized through the upper computer communicating with the lower computer through USB interface.It is showed by the practice results that there are many advantages such as the convenient usage,the low cost,the high precision for the system,and it can be applied in many kinds of temperature measurement.
