摘要
介绍了基于FPGA和USB2.0的读数盒的工作原理和功能。针对目前读数盒的功能不够完善、对Flash的坏块检测操作过于机械化等现象,设计一种能简单、快速检测Flash坏块的方法。文中介绍了该方法的设计流程,在XilinxISE7.1软件环境中用VHDL语言编写FPGA程序,用VB编写上位机软件,结合上位机软件设计了一套读数盒实现对采集电路的测试、数据传输、Flash擦除、Flash坏块检测等操作。该读数盒已成功用于实验室现有的各种采集系统,并实现了读数盒的所有功能。实验证明该读数盒通用性好,具有较好的实用价值。
The work principle and function of reading box based on FPGA and USB2.0 was introduced.According to the phenomena that reading box's function is inefficiency,and the fail block check operation of Flash is too mechanization,to design a simple,celerity method to check Flash's fail block is very significant.This paper introduced the design procedure of the method.The FPGA program was compiled in VHDL in Xilinx ISE7.1,and the User-Control Software was compiled in VB.And the paper designed a reading box used to test data sampling system,data transfer,Flash erase,and Flash's fail block check.The reading box has used to test a lot of sampling systems,and implemented all of the functions.It is proved that the reading box has strong universality and good practicality.
