摘要
提出了一种强力输送带无损检测系统中X光探测卡的设计方案。采用线性图像传感器S3904设计出了X光探测卡,实现了其对穿过强力输送带的X射线的光电转换、积分放大和差分处理等。通过对X光探测卡仿真及实际测试数据的分析,表明该光电探测卡有效降低了线性图像传感器的暗电流对输出信号的影响,具有较高的光电灵敏度和信噪比,满足实际应用需求。
A design method of X-ray detection card which was used in the non-destructive testing system for conveyor belt with steel wire ropes was proposed.The designed X-ray detection card which was based on the linear image sensor S3904 realized the photoelectric conversion of different energy X-ray that go through the conveyor belt with steel wire ropes,integral amplification and differential treatment.Through the analysis to the simulation of detection card and the actual test data,this X-ray detection card reduces the effects of the dark current of the linear image sensor to the output signal effectively and has high optical sensitivity and signal to noise ratio,and it meets the actual demands.
