摘要
针对被控对象存在的滞后、时变、非线性等特点,将模糊控制算法引入除氧器控制系统,改善了系统的控制效果,并设计了以PIC18F252单片机为核心,实现了该控制方案。该控制方法在除氧器温度控制系统的应用中,取得了良好的效果。文中使用MATLAB软件对PID控制、带自调整因子模糊控制分别进行了仿真研究,仿真结果表明,带自调整因子模糊控制能满足调节时间短、超调量小且稳态误差在104±3℃内的控制要求。
According to the characteristic of delay,non-linearization and time-variable of controlled objects,a control strategy in combination of fuzzy control was employed to temperature controlling algorithm with the chip PIC18F252 as the key part and the controlling method was realized.The application of this scheme in the deaerator system achieves good effects.First,simulations of PID control and with self-adjusting factor Fuzzy control concerning their respective control quality were done by MATLAB 6.5.Moreover,the simulation results show that its robustness is good,because effective control makes the regulating time short,the overshoot and the steady-error very little.
