摘要
中国共产党执政地位的取得和巩固与大多数民众对她的政治认同正相关。改革开放以来,民众对党的政治认同发生了巨大变化,执政地位面临新挑战。通过解决农业社会向工业社会转型的重大问题,建立"同意"和"共识"的政治,重振干部队伍的道德形象和公信力,是重构和增强民众对党的政治认同,进而巩固执政地位的明智选择。
Political approval from the public is a decisive factor in CPC’s obtaining and maintaining of its reign position.Since China＇s refrom and openning up,the political approval to the CPC has been changed greatly which is threatening its reign position.In order to regain people’s political approval and consolidate its reign position,it is a wise choice for the CPC to solve the social problems arisen from the social transformation from agricultural mode to industrial mode,to construct a kind of politics which is approved by and shares common view with the public,and to rebuild moral image of the government officials so as to enhance the public trust in them.
