摘要
在当前保护农民工权益的各项政策中,最低工资有着特殊的功能。最低工资的推行,可以在一定程度上纠正制度扭曲导致的报酬差异,增加农民工家庭收入,克服农民工收入获得机制的缺陷以及缓解用工荒。同时,最低工资并不一定导致低成本劳动力比较优势的下降,也不会引起通货膨胀等系列问题。
As one of the many measures aiming at protecting and guaranteeing the rights and benefits of the rural workers in China,the minimum wage policy has its unique function.The implementation of the policy helps in a certain way to bridge the salary gap caused by the traditional system,increase the income of the rural households,overcome the defects of the income obtaining channels and ease labor shortage.And it is unlikely that the minimum wage will do harm to the advantage of low cost labor or bring about inflation.
