摘要
利用双螺杆挤出机,通过熔融共混工艺制备了微型汽车保险杠改性聚丙(烯PP)专用料,研究了线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)和填料的添加量对复合材料性能的影响。研究结果表明:以均聚PP和共聚PP(2:1)为基体树脂、5%LLDPE7042为增韧剂、15%经活化处理的无机复合矿粉为增强剂制备的汽车保险杠专用料,其性能可满足微型汽车保险杠的要求。
The special PP material for automobile bumper for Mini car was prepared in a twin screw extruder by melting blend. The effects of the contents of LLDPE and filler on the properties of the composite material were studied. The results show that the modified PP can satisfy the requirements of the automobile bumper for Mini car when the condition are as follows: mass ratio of PP F401/ K8303 is (2:1), mass fraction of LLDPE7042 is 5 % and inorganic compound mineral powder treated by coupling agent as strengthening agent is 15% .
