摘要
制造商在生产PLC产品时已大量运用可靠性设计,但在应用设计和安装中若不使用一些必要的措施,系统将可能出现故障,尽管PLC控制系统可靠性的关键是硬件,但软件(程序)的作用也很重要。文章从输入、输出程序、PLC通信程序的可靠性和PLC异常处理程序几个方面探讨了利用软件设计提高PLC控制系统可靠性的方法。
The reliability design is widely used by PLC manufacturers when produces PLC product,but if you don't apply the necessary artifice to the application design and installation,the system may be occur fault,although the hardware is the key of reliability of PLC control system,but the software(programs) is also very importance.In this article,the method of improving PLC control system reliability by the software design was discussed which aim at the input and output process,the reliability of PLC communication process and PLC fault handling etc.
