新疆研究生培养中存在的若干问题及其对策

Problems of Graduate Student Training in Xinjiang and Its' Countermeasures

研究生培养是高层次人才的培养,由于新疆经济社会发展的需要,对高层次人才的需求越来越强烈。针对新疆研究生培养过程中出现的生源质量低、导师作用不充分、管理过于松散以及少数民族研究生比例偏小等问题,提出了优化新疆研究生培养的对策。

The graduate student training is the cultivation of the high-level talents,as the needs of economic and social development in Xinjiang,the demand for high-level personnel more and more intense.Aiming at the problems of the low quality of student resource,the tutors role is not sufficient,the management is too loose and the small proportion of minority students of the graduate student training in Xinjiang,the article proposed to optimize the countermeasures of graduate student training in Xinjiang.
