To training creative talent is a necessary requirement to build an innovative country,to enhance the core competitiveness of universities,to enhance students entrepreneurial and employment ability for.Anhui University of Science and Technology use so many ways to deal with the university personnel training model reform based on the development of practical,and achieved good results.Some measures include： to construct the academic atmosphere for the creative talent training by actively promoting the teaching reform,building a teaching system that should be adoptive to train innovative talents;improving teacher self-innovation capability,strengthening the building of innovative teacher faculty,and carrying out the benign interaction of teaching and scientific research on innovation and talent training;building the innovation culture campus and strengthening the internal driving force for creative talent training.
