摘要
随着房地产业的日益繁荣与活跃,人类生存的住区环境的建设已成为人们普遍关注的焦点。住区的景观环境在住宅开发中发挥重要的生态作用、功能作用以及协调作用。在城市住宅开发中要加大对景观设计的关注力度。主要从城市住宅开发中景观设计的作用出发,根据消费者需求,结合景观设计的作用,对现代景观在住宅开发中的作用进行探讨。
With the increasing prosperity and activity of real estate,the construction of Living environment of human settlements has become the focus of people＇s widespread concern.Landscape environment of Settlements plays important ecological functional and coordinational roles in residential development.This paper discusses the methods of the landscape design in residential development.
