摘要 煤矿主通风机服务年限长达几十年,存在耗电量大,前后期功率变化幅度大等耗能问题。分析了高压变频节能原理,并将其应用于新元煤矿韩庄回风立井主通风机。通过对调整扇叶角度和采用高压变频技术控制风量两种方法进行节能对比分析,对通风机变频运行后达到的节能效果进行了定量描述。 In coal mine,the main fan with the service life of several decades’years,exists the questions in consuming energy of big power consumption,and large and great power variation range between the earlier period and later period.The energy conservation principle of high-voltage frequency conversion is analyzed,and is applied to the main fan of Hangzhuang return airflow vertical shaft in Xinyuan Coal Mine.By analyzing the energy consuming comparison with the two methods of adjusting the fan blade angle and using the high-voltage frequency conversion technology to control the blowing rate,the achieved effect of energy conservation after the fan adopting frequency conversion technology is quantificationally described.
