摘要
介绍了用离子交换法从钼酸铵溶液中去除钒酸根。含钒酸根的钼酸铵溶液用氨水或NaOH溶液调节pH值,然后用强碱性阴离子交换树脂吸附钒酸根,钼酸根不被吸附。负载钒酸根的树脂用氨水或氢氧化钠溶液解吸,再用酸溶液转型后重复使用。该方法树脂用量少,设备简单,操作方便,生产过程无污染。
Removal of vanadium in ammonium molybdate solution by ion exchange is introduced.Adjusting pH of ammonium molybdate solution containing vanadium using NaOH solution,then using strongly basic anion exchange resin to adsorb vanadium from the solution.The vanadium on the resin is eluted by NaOH solution or ammonia solution.The loaded resin could be regenerated by acidic solution.The method has lesser resin usage,higher efficiency,simple equipments,easy operations and no pollution.
