摘要 研究了碱法钛白粉清洁生产工艺中硫酸钛溶液的制备及水解。硫酸钛溶液制备过程中,通过试验及MATLAB拟合,确定了硫酸质量分数、原料用量与硫酸钛溶液质量浓度及酸度系数(F值)间的函数关系;水解过程中,考察了水解温度、酸度系数(F值)、硫酸钛质量浓度对水解的影响。在优化水解条件下,钛水解率达90%以上,制得的偏钛酸在高温下煅烧可得到金红石型和锐钛矿型二氧化钛。 The preparation and hydrolysis of titanyl sulfate were investigated in the new production process of titanium dioxide by molten salt method.In the process,temperature and time were optimized.MATLAB program was adopted to find the relationship of concentration of sulfate acid,the amount of washed material,the concentration and F value of titanyl sulfate.In the hydrolysis process,the effects of temperature,time,concentration of sulfate acid and concentration of titanium sulfate on hydrolysis rate were studied.Under the optimum conditions,the hydrolysis rate was over 90%.The obtained metatitanic acid had a narrow particle size distribution.After calcined at different temperature,anatase and rutile were obtained.
