摘要
北方铜业侯马冶炼厂电解试生产期间,阴极铜质量不稳定,出现了发脆、板面粒子较多、表面有气孔现象。根据生产情况,分析了阴极铜质量的影响因素并采取相应措施,严格控制生产过程,获得了符合GB/T467—1997高纯阴极铜(Cu-CATH-1)标准的阴极铜。
During Northern Copper Industry Houma smelt test electrolyse production,cathode copper quality is not stable.The cathode copper is fragile having many penel particle and porosity in surface.By analyzing the factors influencing the quality of cathode copper and taking some measures to control produce process strictly,a high purity(Cu-CATH-1)complied with GB/T467—1997 standard cathode copper has been obtained.
