摘要
通过对1978年以来的对外开放的研究成果进行梳理和总结,认为目前学术界研究的重点偏重于"引进来",而对我国的"走出去"研究较少。党的十七大提出"把‘引进来’和‘走出去’更好结合起来",这就需要我们从理论上进行探讨和研究,为更好"走出去"提供政策建议。对外开放今后研究应该围绕七个方面进行:我国与西方发达国家对外开放的比较;如何创新对外投资和合作方式,加快培育我国的跨国公司;如何防范国际经济风险;如何开展国际能源资源互利合作;如何提高产品质量,创建属于我国的国际知名品牌;如何争夺国际大宗商品定价权;如何捍卫行业标准的制定权和修订权。
summing up the researching fruits of reform and opening-up since 1978,this author maintains that the academic circle focuses on the introduction,but pays little attention to going abroad.The seventeenth party congress put forth the conception of combination of 'bringing in' and 'going out',which requires us to execute academic study theoretically in order to provides the suggestions to 'go out' more successfully.This writer maintains that the future researches about 'opening up' should center around the following areas:the comparison between the 'opening-up' policies of China and western countries,how to innovate the foreign investment and means of cooperation to cultivate China's cross-country companies,how to prevent the international economic dangers,how to cooperate internationally to explore energy resources and how to improve the products qualities to produce the internationally known brand.
