摘要
采用均匀沉淀法制备催化剂CuO/MgO,利用SEM、XRD对催化剂CuO/MgO进行表征,并将其应用于微波诱导氧化工艺中处理活性艳蓝和焦化废水。结果表明,在微波功率为900 W、微波时间为8 min、催化剂投加量为0.6 g/L条件下处理浓度为50 mg/L的活性艳蓝,其脱色率达到95%。微波诱导氧化工艺对降低焦化废水色度与COD也有较好作用。
Catalyst CuO/MgO,prepared by precipitation method and characterized by SEM and XRD,was used in microwave-induced oxidation process to deal with reactive brilliant blue and coking wastewater.The results show that,decolorization rate of reactive brilliant blue reaches 95% when microwave power is 900 W,microwave time is 8min,and catalyst dosage is 0.6 g/L.Microwave-induced oxidation process has a good capacity in reducing the chromaticity and COD content of coking wastewater.
