溶胶-凝胶法制备Ni_(0.4)Cu_(0.2)Zn_(0.4)Fe_xO_4薄膜研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用溶胶-凝胶方法在硅基片上制备了NiZnCu系列铁氧体薄膜,研究了溶胶pH值、溶胶陈化条件、原料配比、热处理工艺对样品磁性能的影响。发现溶胶的pH值为3.2时得到的样品矫顽力较小。将溶胶在不同温度下陈化,制得样品的矫顽力Hc随溶胶陈化放置时间逐渐减小然后趋于稳定,其中由常温下放置的溶胶制得样品的矫顽力较小且最先稳定。将Ni0.4Cu0.2Zn0.4FexO4(x=1.9,2.0,2.1)配方的薄膜在不同温度条件下热处理,发现x=2.0的样品性能较好。在600℃附近热处理6min,可以得到矫顽力Hc较低而饱和磁化强度Ms较高的样品:矫顽力最低可达1329 A/m,饱和磁化强度约为290kA/m。 A series of NiCuZn ferrite films was prepared on Si(100) substrates using sol-gel method.The effects of sol's pH value,aging condition,raw material composition and heat-treating temperature on the magnetic properties of the films were investigated.It was found that the suitable pH value for obtaining low Hc samples is 3.2.Aging sols at different temperature,the results showed that Hc decreases first with the increase of sols aging time and then become stable.The film from gel formed at room temperature has lower Hc values and becomes stable firstly.Ni0.4Cu0.2Zn0.4FexO4(x=1.9,2.0,2.1)films were heat-treated at different temperatures,and Ni0.4Cu0.2Zn0.4Fe2O4 sample was found to has better properties.When heat-treating condition is around 600℃ for 6min,samples with low Hc of 1329 A/m and high Ms of about 290kA/m can be obtained.
