炼厂酸性气制硫酸原理及工艺综述

Summary of Principle and Process for Production of Sulfuric Acid from Refinery Sour Gas

针对我国每年处理大量高含硫原油和天然气脱硫产生的含硫化氢酸性气,目前主要用于生产硫磺,继而生产硫酸,阐述了用硫化氢酸性气直接生产硫酸的干法制酸和湿法制酸的工艺原理和各自的特点,介绍了适用于炼厂酸性气制硫酸的各种工艺流程。

At present,H2S-containing sour gas produced in the desulfurization of large amount of sulfur-containing crude oil and natural gas processed in China every year is mainly used for the production of sulfur,which is then used for the production of sulfuric acid.The process principles and features of dry-process and wet-process sulfuric acid production directly from H2S sour gas are described.The various process flows for sulfuric acid production from refinery sour gas are outlined.
