简述了鹿化公司引进的400kt/a硫铁矿制酸装置的主要技术特点,介绍了投产后装置的生产运行效果情况,以及装置的改进优化措施,实现了产能提高和制酸原料结构多元化,质量指标均在设计指标范围内。
The main technical features of the 400 kt/a pyrite-based sulfuric acid plant imported by Luzhai Fertilizer Co.,Ltd.are described.The production operation conditions of the plant after putting into operation are outlined,as well as the improvement and optimization measures for the plant.The increase in production capacity and multiple feed structures for sulfuric acid are realized.The quality figures are all within the design specification.
