摘要
银杏外种皮是一种效果很好的植物源农药和渔药。概述了其粗提物的制备方法,包括煎煮法、浸渍提取法、压榨提取法、回流提取法、超声提取法等,以及包括银杏酚酸、总黄酮和多糖等有效成分的提取工艺,并对外种皮开发过程中存在的问题进行了探讨。
The exopleura of Ginkgo biloba L.was a very effective botanical pesticide and botanical fishery medicine.The preparation methods of its crude extracts were summarized,including decocting method,impregnating extraction method,mechanical pressing method,reflux extraction method and ultrasonic extraction method.The effective components extraction technology on Ginkgolic acids,total flavonoids and polysaccharide was also described.At last,the problems on the development process of the exopleura were studied.
