摘要
对锑(Sb)的原子荧光测定法进行探讨,其检出限为0.21μg/L,样品回收率在90.0%~104%。分析原子荧光光度法测定水样中锑浓度的影响因素,计算和评估各因素的不确定度,结果表明影响测量不确定度主要因素是标准储备液和仪器原子荧光强度值带来的不确定度。
Antimony(Sb) in water was analyzed with atomic fluorometry.The detection limits of Sb were found to be 0.21ug/L,and the recovery was 90.0%~104%.Calculation and evaluation to the uncertainties of all influential factors showed that the uncertainties of the light intensely of the atomic fluorescence and the standard storage solution were the important factors.
