摘要
介绍了南京电子器件研究所、华中理工大学和电子部47所三单位联 合研制的7.6cm 240(H)×220(V)单元a-SiTFT-LCD,简要论述了TFT矩阵板、 行列驱动电路、彩色滤色器、液晶盒、高密度柔性引线带、控制引线电路等一系列关 键技术。显示器的有效显示面积 60mm × 45mm,亮度≥50cd/m2,对比度(最大 值)约30:1,视角范围(对比度5:1):水平方向>±40°,垂直方向>±30°,灰度4 级,彩色64种。
On the basis of success in fabricating 7. 6 cm 240(H)×220(V) dots black/ white a-Si TFT-LCD, Nanjing Electronic Devices Institute, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and the 47th Research institute of the Ministry of Electronic Industry continuously coorperated to have succeeded in fabricating 7. 6 cm 372(H)×276(V) dots multi-color a-Si TFT-LCD, which had been used in demonstrating color TV images in our developed prototypes by the end of 1996. The AM-LCDs have 60mm×45mm effective display areas, brightness of more than 50 cd/m2, contrast ratio(max)~30: 1, viewing angle(CR 5: 1 ) H: >±40°,V: >±30°', 4 gray scales, 64 colors.
