大学武术教学“生命课堂”理念及实践探讨

Discussion on Philosophy and Practice of "Life Classroom" of Wushu Teaching in Universities

教育是生命延续与发展的重要手段。本文从"生命课堂"内涵、特征出发,提出大学体育武术"生命课堂"理念、大学武术实施"生命课堂"必要性进行分析,结合当前大学武术课堂教学,探讨了实现大学武术"生命课堂"实践主要包括:设计多维培养目标实现生命的完整性;大学武术课堂教学情景生活化;体验武术课堂生命交往过程;设计促进生命发展的武术教学评价。为弘扬传统民族文化、普及武术运动、提高武术教育质量与师生生命质量提供参考。

Education is the continuation of life and an important means of development. In this paper, ＂Life Classroom＂ content, features, discusses the college sports Wushu ＂Life Classroom＂ constructing, including： the college sports Wushu constructing three-dimensional training objectives, full of life and vitality of the teaching building. And proposed implementation of the University of Wushu ＂Life Classroom＂ proposals for carrying forward the traditional culture to popularize martial arts, martial arts improve the quality of education provided for reference.
