切口疝诊治研究概况 被引量：4

摘要 欧洲疝学会将切口疝（incisional hernia,IH）定义为在临床体检、影像学检查中可看到或可触及的原切口下的腹壁缺损,可伴有或不伴有腹壁包块。IH作为腹部手术后常见的并发症,源于缝合筋膜的断裂或松驰,剖腹手术后IH的发生率为5%～10%,多发生于剖腹产术后,50%出现于术后1～2年内。
